Ahh! Congratulations, First time home buyers!!

You did it, or doing it as you read this! Nonetheless, finding the right house is, and can be a challenge itself. Let’s get to a strong point, and next step here… get it inspected!!! Do your diligence, choose wisely, and order the right inspection/s! Yes, that’s right, inspection and/or inspections!

Answers here will depend on several points: 1) Size, 2) age, 3) location, 4) type of mortgage, 5) existing construction, 6) new construction. Inspection/s needed could be one to four inspections, or more!

Time to discuss, get input from your realtor. Also, get input from your qualified, veteran home inspector. Careful!!! Some may/may not offer, suggest more than what you need. Don’t spend money on inspections you don’t need and will not help you! Buying a home will be the largest investment most people can relate too!
