Checking all elevations, driveway, walkway, roof, vegetation, entryway, wall coverings, HVAC, electric and any/all amenities like pools, spa, exterior structures, ETC. 

Next step is the garage interior. Some, most homes will have hot-water heater, air-handler, interior electric panel with breakers, laundry area and attic access. Attic access if ideal for interior roof inspection, insulation, structure, duct-work, rodent activity and then allows us to perform a wind mitigation inspection, ideal inspection with separate report to offset your insurance premium.

Upon inspection completion, we load camera photos into our lap-top, set up on counter or table and give you a photo review of our findings, areas inspected. This process is a pre-lude to the final report coming to you the same day!
